About the Teacher
I am Ayesha, a physiotherapist, craniosacral therapist, and manual osteopathic practitioner with a strong clinical background in human movement and functional body understanding. Alongside this work, I am an experienced yoga teacher with over 700 hours of formal teacher training in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and more than 1,000 hours of teaching experience.
My teaching bridges clinical understanding with embodied yoga practice. I am passionate about helping yoga teachers move beyond rigid alignment concepts into a more adaptable, functional, and intelligent way of teaching.
In my courses, I integrate functional anatomy, movement principles, breath mechanics, and nervous system awareness in a way that is practical, accessible, and directly applicable to real teaching situations.
The goal is not to turn yoga teachers into therapists, but to support them in teaching with more clarity, confidence, safety, and understanding.

Certification
Participants receive a 30-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate (YACEP) upon completion of the course requirements.
